Summary
Somewhere in the future, some time after a big war, a small village in Japan tries to stay alive under the reign of the so-called 'bandits'. Those bandits confiscate lots of the rice the people produce, and in return the village will not be destroyed. But after yet another load of their rice gone, the villagers cant take it anymore and they decide to sent a few people to the city to find some samurai. Samurai are became useless since the war ended and merchants took over the controls, and their numbers are reducing too. But not only do the villagers need honorable samurai who are willing to fight for their village against the fearsome bandits, they also have to accept a payment of just rice, because that is all the village can offer them...
